ECUATORIAN FLOWER farm has created more than 400 new jobs in the countryside where there was almost no opportunity for workers to get well paid and to receive any social benefits. All our workers receive a fair salary, including medical care. No minors are hired and mainly women manage harvesting, selecting and packing of roses. ECUATORIAN FLOWER farm provides a day care center for children of working moms.

We are proud to offer all our workers' children a clean, safe, and comfortable care center with experienced and certified teachers to provide early education for younger children. We believe that given the right start, children find ways to learn that are right for them.
